Lambir and Loagan Bunut Extensions

  • Make your tour of Northeast Sarawak’s national parks complete by adding either or both of these extensions to your itinerary.
  • The Lambir extension is a full-day trip to Lambir Hills National Park, probably the world’s most biologically diverse rainforest ecosystem, with fascinating trekking trails, waterfalls and bathing pools.
  • The Loagan Bunut extension is an overnight trip to Loagan Bunut National Park. The park is named for its lake, which is usually the largest natural lake in Sarawak, but disappears completely once or twice a year.
